March 2 2023 Online Prayer Meeting 8:00pm - 9:00pm In his letter to the Thessalonians (5:16-18) Paul writes that we should rejoice always, pray continually and give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. 

Do come and join us as we pray together and thank God for how truly amazing He is and that He is always with us, in every situation.

 March 3 2023 Coffee Plus 10:30am - 12:00pm East Bridgford Garden Centre

Coffee Plus will meet on the first Friday of every month at East Bridgford Garden Centre Cafe in a designated space.  

We have moved inside for the next few months to make sure everyone stays warm. 

We look forward to seeing you there but please note dogs are only allowed in an adjacent outside area.

Join us for a morning with guest speaker, Ruth O’Reilly Smith from UCB2 Radio.

We are absolutely delighted to have Ruth join us, who will be sharing some of her story over a tasty continental breakfast including pastries, fresh fruit, tea, coffee and orange juice.

'Ruth O’Reilly-Smith was born in South Africa and has lived in the UK since 1999. Here she met and married her husband and they have twins. Ruth started out in radio in 1995 and currently hosts a week day radio show called, This Is My Story on UCB2, which is part of United Christian Broadcasters, a national Christian radio station broadcasting across the UK. Ruth also enjoys writing and wrote for the Our Daily Bread Ministries publication for a number of years. She’s also author of God Speaks – 40 Letters From The Father’s Heart, published by Authentic Media. You can read more from Ruth on her website, which is also where she posts regular Bible study blogs. Her Christian faith is central to all she does and her heart is to communicate God’s love in as tangible a way as possible.'

 March 17 2023 Youth Group 7:30pm - 9:30pm March 18 2023 Parenting Matters - Ages 0-2 years 9:30am - 12:30pm Riverside Centre

Parenting is one of the hardest but most important things we do in life and sometimes we can feel alone with the difficulties we face.

The following support discussions will have a Christian focus and are designed to connect parents with children of a similar age.

We will share common challenges, bring them to Jesus and pray for our situations and each other. We will also look at how God’s word can guide us and share ideas and strategies that have helped us. 

The sessions will be led by Rachel Oldfield (NCC Parent and family worker) and facilitated with Rachel Toplis.

Ages 0-2 discussion topics include: routines, tiredness and feeling low, relationships.
